Welp, 5 brave (crazy?) adventurers have signed up to delve the Black Maw. Just sent out Discord invites and some info.

Looks like we'll start play on 10 Jan or 12 Jan.

With level 1 done, today was generating a town idea (heh), coming up with a wandering monster/events list (hehehe), balancing monsters/treasures and writing some errata. Done!

I will expand on the town tomorrow and then I pretty much have everything I need to kick off the Dungeon23 campaign. I've got 5 players interested! That's awesome!

4 days in on my Dungeon23 and I'm up to 14 rooms. Man, this dungeon is evil, mean and just wanting to feast on your souls. You might get away with treasure but damn...

I definitely want to start running this after the holidays.
