Just a short run tonight 😎
This morning I was more tired than I can ever recall being. I slept 12 hours straight 😮
One thing which surprised me, was how tied my back muscles were. I had expected my legs to be toast, but they were relatively okay. It will be quite interesting to see when I feel fully redted again.
