#EU #US and other allies of #Ukraine should keep a tally of Ukraine's projected cost of rebuilding the country based on the destruction by #Russia per year, month, day, divide it by the number of #RussianTourists per year, moth, day and charge them individually for it.

When the destruction increases, the russian #tourist tax increases. When the destruction decreases, the #tax decreases.

If #Russian tourists have money to go on holiday and have fun, it means they have money to repay Ukraine.
