here's @davidallengreen explaining clearly why the #RwandaPlan has been declared legal but the court has (essentially) found that the #HomeOffice lacks the expertise or capacity to actually implement the policy in individual cases;

not so much of a Govt. win, then, more of a recognition of practical incompetence... not that (as DAG points out) the mainstream media are reporting it that way... like you all they should read DAG's blog(s) first!
