A photo from my first trail run in almost 20 years. I've kept to hiking, SAR, road running, and treadmill running but haven't done a proper trail run in decades. Lots of fun to be on the trails during daylight! Just shy of 10 miles.

TBT: It was January 2013 when Matthew and I came across a beautiful golden cottonwood just as the sun was emerging from the clouds.
I'll never forget that morning with him and that tree.
