Training plan today for the #ultra says 26km. It’s -5 out and there is snow galore. I love running in snow. Hoping some folks got out in it yesterday so my route has been trodden a bit. Bit of a messy run today... First big fall in my 5 years of running. All is fine, escaped with just a few cuts and scratches on my hand. Lost a glove, found it again, then lost it again (lots of backtracking)! Then the dam across the reservoir was closed so I had to go a much longer way round.

Still loved it though 😍

Just working through my backlog of vaguely interesting pictures.

No rain today! Canal towpath was exceptionally muddy, I was slipping all over the shop 😂 7.5 mile easy route from Greenfield towards Stalybridge.

One of my knees feels a bit rubbish, put a lot of strain shifting heavy things about up and down stairs most of last week, so I'm sure it's that more than running related, so just need to go easy for a bit, maybe give it more than 1 day off if I can
