popcorn ball sunday. fire department drives around as santa hurling popcornballs all over town. problem is, you have to be out there as they're going by. and instead of waiting out there for hours and hours. well that's the only way to know if they're coming. did stuff around the house, and just as I'm going out the back door to brush my guide dog. they come down my street. I just missed them, got there when they were already past my house.
