Six days until my birthday and I have no reason to celebrate.

Today was a rough #depression day for me today. It’s likely to carry into the next few days or longer. It often does, and it makes trying to do the simplest things a struggle. It’s that time of year when this sort of thing always gets worse. :blobcatverysad:
