I think there are also some good aspects relating to the inclusion of research process decision gates in regard to #Researcher #Safeguarding and improving the feeling of psychological safety within a Team.

If a Researcher knows there are stages in the process where research activities not providing value can be closed off in a controlled way it both frees up time to focus on what is important and provides a safe space to voice concerns and opinions.

Last week the #police finally took action after 4 MONTHS of being w/o #SocialCare to pursue #safeguarding procedures. My ability to communicate is almost totally stymied due to no anti-anxiety meds - no agency will take responsibility to administer! #Catch22 ! No idea what is happening. As #TraffordCouncil appeared unwilling/unable to properly care over 20 MONTHS, not holding my breath…

Two things prompted this - first, the #Tories are planning a review into RSHE after Miriam Cates' evidence-free question at #PMQs last week.
