Don't forget the phase also rotates in the opposite direction (counter-clockwise instead of clockwise).

It's frequently forgotten because most electronics don't care which direction the phase rotates; pretty much only electric motors do. A hair drier spinning backwards can suck your hair into it and then light it on fire!
