Older people are much more likely to have chronic health conditions that require ongoing medication & healthcare. I'd like to see some hard figures - a business plan, if you like - on the cost of a #GP and #AandE visiting charge system such that proposed by #SajidJavid for the #NHS. From a political perspective my fear is that the notion may gain traction. Better to keep things simple, and free, and employ a stick approach to re-engineer people's behaviour as health system users.
