Beautiful evening at Zuanich Point Park on a recent trip to Bellingham, WA. The goal of my trip there from Texas was to find a place to live when I move in late August. Goal accomplished! It was such a relief to be able to walk around on sunny days and evenings in late June without breaking a sweat. Had to return to heat indexes into the 110s in Texas.

My morning started with coffee, this view, and the Merlin app picking up on 19 different types of birds song, which together with the ducks, geese, cormorants that I saw, and some sort of dove I heard that was too far away to register on the Merlin app, made for a pleasant way to start the morning.
