My first batch of is done & jarred. There's over 300 in this jar. Starting next batch in 2 weeks, with some of my yellow this time. Preserved with simple coarse salt & cane sugar.

These are the being on our deck, under the sun. Solar dehydrating ✌
Day 1 of making 🌞 The large tray is brought in at night & put back out an hour after sunrise. Only coarse & are used; same simple method that our village family overseas has been using for generations.
