I took the bus to go to #KWVegfest today. Had the most expensive Mac'n'Cheese ever. (But it was good! Mmm, #Sambal!) Then took the #LRT to Willow River Park, stopped at #FullCircleFoods to stock up on cashews, turmeric, rosemary, ginger.

I wouldn't have made any of these purchases without #ZeroFareTransit - I'd have stayed home, had KD, and done without nuts & spices.

#Sambal gemaakt van Aji Cito- en Lemon Drop-pepers uit eigen tuin. Door gekaramelliseerde ui en knof - ook zelf gekweekt - en zelfgemaakte miso jammer genoeg niet meer zo mooi geel als de pepers waren. Zelfgemaakte azijn voor de frisse smaak en houdbaarheid. Erg lekker!
