How will climate change affect skiing in New Mexico?

I have been investigating that question with a focus
on my local ski area Sandia Peak.

Findings so far:

Daily snow pack (via SWANN model) going back to the eighties show vaguely less precipitation in last decade, but no clear correlation to ENSO.

Season length (as I define it) shows a clear downward trend
consistent with warming.

Fiesta's in October...but today there were a few aloft, keeping their hand in. Barely 50 F on the ground; probably pretty cold up there by NM standards. (Maybe warmed a little by the burner fired up to gain altitude...)
