A couple more of the Sandspit River from earlier this year. A polariser makes a big difference here where everything is wet and shiny, reflection off in pic 1, on in pic2. The ferns appear a more vibrant green (to me at least) with reflection removed.

Sandspit River. The walking path is just on the top of the bank on the other side, we're about 1km/bit over half mile from the northern car park. Easy level walking access to here, though it is a muddy track at times.

One day I might remember to tag my photos. Software was hugin on linux. 2 photos taken vertically downwards were made into a "single image panorama", to remove the tripod itself. Then the resultant nadir image was combined with 4 others, shot horizontally - upstream, downstream and at both the left and right banks. The sky was just white/grey boring so I left it out.
