That #sangcheng idea...

I'm still rolling it around in my brain, but basically: some sort of talk at a museum/library/university, on the subject of the nature of the relationship between the famous clan leaders Jiang Wanyin and Nie Huaisang. After the fall of JGY, they publicly swore an oath to each other which some people interpret as sworn brotherhood, but other scholars interpret as more akin to marriage vows.

If I finish all my chores, I'll let myself write a chapter of #sangcheng as a treat

I really miss having a place to share my #sangcheng thoughts and having a group of people to talk to about them 🥺

(And the truth is, no, the birdapp hadn't been the place for that in a while)

So the wild thing is that once I move on from a fandom, I don't care as much about OTP things. I think Victor Nikiforov/Yuri Katsuki might be the exception.

For MDZS it's #wangxian in the sense that I don't read things shipping them with others. I have strong preferences for other characters like #sangcheng or #3zun but I can see them with others and enjoy that as well
