After pho on Saturday, I went to HiroNori Ramen in Santa Clara, CA last Sunday. The wait wasn't bad & totally worth it for this delicious bowl. The chashu melted in my mouth! I love pho as a hearty comfort food but great ramen is still #1 when I want to savor & explore flavor varieties.
