The girl who was very sick and wanted a Noah's Ark toy could have had her parents litigate that the ark is *beyond* a toy to her and is instead a medical device that could somehow heal her sickness. Why is Jessica such a brown nose about the law to start anyway? As a teacher, she should know how important toys are to kids' development.
