Look at this giant bronze head from a find in Shaanxi Province in central China dating to 3000 years ago. In my doc I repeat the Phaidon book and say it's "Shang" but I mean they basically have no idea who made it. I cannot get enough of this head. I am swimming in my inability to describe it, let alone how odd it makes me feel.
