I made a batch of soap today, I'm running out of shampoo and wanted to try new molds (stones, leaves / pumpkins, small flowers). That's 50% olive oil, 25% coconut, 25% she butter, my go to recipe. I added different powders for different colors : charcoal + white clay for gray stones, shikakai and green clay stripes in a leaf and rectangle to make shampoo, and orange zest powder for the pumpkin. Can't wait to un old them!

My workshop smells heavenly, but you cannot eat any of the #chocolate (homemade #soapmaking #saponification, salves, lip balm).

@Artanicus funny but not really because you are looking to attack the #coronavirus lipid bi-layer (w proteins inside) which is actually very tough
- way to do that is #saponification which would be by lye (#sodiumhydroxide) attacking the actual lipids
- or the soap benefit from saponification which is the #covalent attraction of lipid side of #soap
- or, my hypothesis, actually attach it to fully-covalent mineral oil aka #babyoil until you can get to soap, or coconut oil
