After a year of recovery, my #disabled self became the woman #writing the books instead of the one #reading them. Moral of the story: You can always make a plan despite the odds.

Best part was that my doctor took me off the gabapentin I've been on for the last almost six years for muscle spasms and nerve pain. I simply don't need it anymore. Booyah 🙌

I am a #stroke survivor. In July 2017, I survived a severe hemorrhagic stroke that very nearly ended it all. Since the right side of my body now has very limited function, my #books were written using Voice. Technology can be a wonderful thing.
