Sapphire and Steel (1979-82), one of the oddest but most interesting of British scifi TV series. It's about two space-time trouble-shooters. Are they aliens or gods?They're not hostile, but they're not benevolent either. If people have to be sacrificed to maintain the integrity of space-time then so be it.

Sapphire and Steel (1979-1982) -- probably my favorite Sci-fi TV series. It's weird and creepy, and I was a little freaked out by the final episode. I shouldn't be since the nature of the series lends itself to that conclusion, and now I'd like to see it again as an adult, not a kid.
