My take …
May be similar to #ConanOBrien following #SarahLyons as his only Twitter follow, ie, SBF plucked an innocent out of his hat using the same specious process #JohnMCain used to select #SarahPalin.
The pressing, unanswered question is “Why delay publishing?!”

The only reasonable response, IMO, is legal council.

The blogger selected likely gave verbal assurances she wouldn’t publish w/o SBF’s approval, but her lawyers, family, friends, etc. yelled … PUBLISH, YOU FOOL!
