how can #Ukraine do precision strikes on russian military airbase 700 km far away in #engels -#saratov, while the russia hits residential buildings only 20 km away?

UPD local tg channel chat reports a warehouse with missiles was targeted and mentions 6 TU 160 damaged, following last night attack.
