Update: Any of these fancy Christmas stuffings in Aldi at the moment will work a treat. I've bought the black pudding and apple one. Was very tempted by the one with cranberries and apricots, except I know the people I'll be making them for won't want orange flavour in their #SausageRolls.

First batch of caramelised onion sausage rolls done.

My first time cooking them in an air fryer too.

Can confirm they're delicious. The first 4 (2nd pic) were the test batch... Forgot to egg wash them.

Second batch almost done, they take about 12 mins to cook.

Next week a pork & apple variety.
