@nordicwolf @bud_t I’m fortunate to live near so much #publiclands in #Montana but at the same time it’s complicated by consideration of these as #Indigenous #stolenlands as well as public lands being subject to privatization (e.g., #savehollandlake ). I no longer enjoy the sort of uncomplicated, nostalgic relationship w/nature that I felt/lived as a kid. It’s now all pretty fraught-—not as easily restorative.
