Good morning from the only native wild bee sanctuary on the planet!
We’re all in for and here. This ain’t no side show baby! This isn’t just a gig or an earner or a pension plan. This is what we do 24/7 365. We live and breathe this. We suffer for this. We sacrifice for this.
Why?
Because we’re in a god-damned emergency and 9-5 hat tipping just ain’t gonna cut it.
Nature is on her knees and if nature’s on her knees we’re on our knees.

Look who’s back hogging the bird feeder here this morning. Great Spotted Woodpecker. We had at least 6 of these beauties resident here on the sanctuary last winter. An absolute privilege to watch just a a couple of metres from where I do admin work. And a distraction…now where was I?
