However, David Zaslav cancelled the project for a tax write-off.

'Scooby Doo and The Haunted High Rise' was a brand new Scooby film featuring the Hex Girls. It was finished into recording but was cancelled and turned into a tax write off.

The fans have all expressed disappointment.
