Okay the chicken etouffee came out acceptably but why did the tasty rice take an extra 45 minutes to bake!!??? Also how do you expect me to get a brown roux when I have to use the oil left over from cooking the chicken? IT'S ALREADY BROWN FROM THE SPICES!
