Can't think of anything worse. Of course we could always fix the education attainment gap, stop public schools being charities, overhaul Government procurement and wastage, remove MPs benefits and second jobs ... The answers are easy. They just don't benefit anyone who can make the decisions, that's all.
Oh, and no musical chairs in top jobs either.
