#Oklahoma is considering under #SB129 whether to make it a felony to provide any form of "gender transition procedures" to anyone under the age of 26 a felony.

In #oklahoma gibt's zur Zeit 35 Gesetzesvorhaben die gegen die #trans Personen gerichtet sind. Gestern durch die Anhörung gekommen ist #SB129, welche trans Healthcare für alle Anbieter (ärzte, Kliniken, Apotheken...) verbietet, die in irgendeiner Form staatliche Mittel erhalten - also alle. Damit würde es dann in Oklahoma keine trans Health Care mehr geben. Es ist brutal und faschistoid.

Last year Republican lawmakers in OK banned gender affirming care for anyone under 18 to “protect the youth.” Now they want to ban gender affirming care for adults up to age 26 which shows it was never about “protecting youth” but rather punishing transgender people. #SB129
