Wave function network description and Kolmogorov complexity of quantum many-body systems

Programmable quantum devices are now able to probe wave functions at unprecedented levels, by the ability to project the quantum state onto many-body configurations - a snapshot. Extracting information from such snapshots remains, however, an open quest. Here, we introduce wave function networks which, as we show, can become scale free:
