There will always be #scarcity of some things on a finite planet. The idea of #communism as the abundance of everything in the future can be used as a justification for authoritarian systems "in the transition phase" (which will never end).

Accepting the ecological limits and developing free and solidary distribution methods, we can start anarcho-communism now.

There is not a #scarcity of funds for #transportation in the US. We spend tens of billions every year on #road construction and maintenance. That's a policy choice.
