I had a lot of reactions to scented products last week. Bad reactions. Met with health care provider today to get test results from hospital back, revamp coping strategies, and start process for referral to another specialist (local is booked 3 years out). One of the brochures mentioned "advocating for yourself" three times in two pages!

My neighbour has commented on my weight a thousand times (maybe five or six times but it feels like a thousand!) and I finally responded today with "thanks so much for your concern about my health, my weight fluctuates because of the medication I take for my reactions to scented products that you use. If you are concerned about my health, you can switch to unscented products " and I followed up with an email.

Soap making day was yesterday! Perfectly timed, I put the last soap from the last batch into the shower yesterday! Pretty easy. Two batches of cold processed soap a year meets all our shower/bath needs!

Today I learned that ear cleaning solution for puppies is scented. Why the heck does it need to be scented!?

The puppy is now washed, I have taken enough benadryl to pickle an elephant, and I am going to eventually find a #ScentFree option.
