Buying my takeaway cuppa this morning it struck me that #Switzerland may be the only country in the world where you can go into a restaurant, ask for a rod ('Stange'), a bowl ('Schale') and a little shit-scratcher ('Mistkratzerli') and get given a beer, a coffee and a pan roast chicken (usually served with French fries). Try that in Hamburg and I suspect they'll look at you funny.
