I've worked at the Science and Industry Museum for 19 years and today was the first time I noticed this stamped onto a windowsill in the 1830 Warehouse.

This unnamed woman worked in one of the labs at Ferranti's Gem Mill site in 1965. The back of the print says "Evaporating". It looks like she's working on circuit boards, perhaps bonding diodes to a board.

That hairnet, though.
