I've been wandering around #ScienceMastadon as part of the #twittermigration. Here are some things I've learned.
1. I love not seeing ads in my feed. šššš.
2. There are already a ton of cool scientists, journals, bots on #mastadon.
3. #mastadon has some great features that twitter does not have. (CW is a spoiler-alert tag that hides content until clicked).
4. 500 characters is awesome!
