I don't know where to say this, but it must be said, and so I shall say it here. The common myth that all mammals take 21 seconds to pee is utterly false. It's all based on one idiotic study that is clearly contradicted by your own experience as a mammal (and by my dog). Yet it keeps getting picked up by news outlets as fact.
