I made these with a soda water + cream recipe, and they’re fully #vegan. And also giant, because who has time for a small scone.
I discovered this new (to me?) plant cream at the supermarket the other day and I’ve been waiting impatiently for the weekend to arrive to give it a whirl. It performed fine in the scones, and whipped up _really_ well.
