Y esa es exactamente la clase de destrucción de confianza por parte del cliente que ahora #Scotiabank ignora: estoy seguro que si llamo se van a enfocar en resolver mi problema inmediato, eventualmente voy a poder cambiar el PIN, aunque sea yendo a la agencia. Pero no van a hacer absolutamente nada para resolver el problema general que tienen (e.g. si la aplicación ofrece la posibilidad de cambiar el PIN ahí mismo se tiene que poder).

Probablemente no es una opinión popular, pero lo peor que le pudo pasar a #Scotiabank fue comprar Citi. Antes de eso, la operación del banco no era tan extraordinariamente mala.

Hace una semana trato de cambiar el pin de mi tarjeta con la aplicación móvil. No sirve. Llamo y me dicen sin pena "en que en la aplicación no sirve, use la laguna web."

Ayer trato con la página web, no sirve. Mi expectativa es que si llamo me digan que no sirve en la página web, que lo haga en el cajero automático…

Just before Christmas they called every 4 minutes for Hours, hoping I'd pick-up when I saw a local number on the CallID. You can't trust #CallerID. I've had my home phone disconnected due to the repetition of these auto dialers.

Yes, what seems like a failure of the market to increase supply seems to have an underlying governmental cause.
