Hugely irritated by the fuss around the proposed Deposit Return Scheme in Scotland. The Scottish Government (me!) first announced we were going ahead with this in May 2019!!!

It’s not as if it has been sprung on an unsuspecting industry. There’s no unreasonable looming deadline that has appeared out of nowhere. This just looks like foot dragging
