If this is not grounds for removal of a judge nothing is. Lavish vacations, paying for relatives' education costs, funding a museum pet project for Thomas, funding Thomas's wife's pet project. No judge who is not crazy or corrupt would think it was ok to accept any of that let alone not report it. Millions of dollars are NOT "personal gifts from a close friend".
