@skykiss I wholeheartedly agree that #SCOTUSReform is needed for our country’s future stability. But President Biden stated on 6/29 that it’d be a “mistake” to add justices to #SCOTUS. Either his opinion needs to be changed or we need a viable Democratic Presidential candidate who runs on a platform that includes SCOTUS expansion. A dispassionate analysis shows the dem coalition is quite fragile. We need an organized effort TODAY to drive this forward without fracturing the party.

It is called fraud and it is illegal. Whether it is a non profit or for profit an organization can not file fraudulent paperwork or use fraudulent paperwork in business practices. How was that money paid to Ginni Thomas accounted for on tax paperwork?
The more we learn the more it looks like corruption and not "forgotten reporting".

If the Surpeme Court wants legitimacy it must answer to the people whose lives they have such control over.
Impeachment is a political tool and as such it is unacceptable as the only answer the American people have to the question of what looks to be obvious corruption ignored by the very people claiming to be in charge of ethics.

Imagine what this article would read if it was a liberal Supreme Court justice accepting millions in gifts and luxury vacations from a "dear friend" who happens to be a Democrat mega donor they did not know until they were put on SCOTUS with businesses before the court for 20 years. If this is not grounds for removal of a judge nothing is. Lavish vacations, paying for relatives' education costs, funding a museum pet project for Thomas, funding Thomas's wife's pet project. No judge who is not crazy or corrupt would think it was ok to accept any of that let alone not report it. Millions of dollars are NOT "personal gifts from a close friend". Republicans question the impartiality of a judge in New York because of a $25 political donation but this is perfectly fine. Nevermind Clarence Thomas's wife actively tried to overturn an election and he ruled on the case without ever mentioning her direct involvement and the only justice to rule to hear Trump election challenges. Despite that Republicans and several SCOTUS justices say Americans have no right to question their rulings or their impartiality. #SCOTUSReform

I guess this story doesn't surprise me. Hard to say which member is the worst, but his guy is likely the most unethical. There needs to be definitive rules in place for these justices.
