Anyone know of a Chrome extension I can use to rewrite URLs to auto-redirect to new URLs?

Use case: @lastfm automatically redirects links to some artists pages to what they consider a canonical artist page, but which doesn't list my scrobbles because I use the name of the artist as listed in the liner notes. But I can stop the redirect if I could just insert +noredirect into the URL automatically. Then I would get my lists of tunes to show up.

I’ve started working on adding #listenbrainz support to #smashtunes. The general idea is pretty straightforward: automatic #scrobbling of #applemusic and #spotify tracks. Any other input on this feature is welcome!
