🔴 Theory X - This theory looks at the conventional idea that management is top-down. It is considered the authoritarian way of managing that was common in many companies before introducing the agile way of working and is still prevalent in some cultures.

🔴 Theory Y - This theory focuses on staff control. It encourages innovation, empowerment, and team responsibility.

In two weeks the team i'm part of gets integrated into an SAFe agile Release Train. I'm watching this tutorial and can not help myself. Feels a little bit controlling and that it says that agile improves productivity also bothers me. Because that sentence can(and does) lead to false assumptions.
