Rained here in northern CA so i sat down to peen and sharpen my new scythe blade for the first time. Watched a how to video and with trepidation went for it. As it happens scythes need frequent peening and sharpening. I must say it went well, super sharp and only took about 10 minutes. Cuts tough weeds and vines like butter.
