Chilean #SeaBass with #fennel and our garden #oranges, plus garlic, a few small celery ribs, #Marsala wine, olive oil, black pepper, pepperoncino, and sea salt. The oranges are juiced, cut into wedges, using ribbons of the zest, plus sliced and caramelized slices. Fennel fronds are garnished on top of the fish at time of service.
