Have decided to sell my 2022 Crestliner 16.5’ Discovery with a 60 hp Mercury tiller outboard next spring and purchase a 2024 Sea Doo Explorer Pro 170 hp for my photography and fishing hobby around Duluth lakes and magnificent Lake Superior.

Injured my left shoulder a couple years ago and wasn’t really that confident in my ability to handle this outboard tiller motor safely anymore. I need a steering wheel or handlebars to hold onto to be safe and this looks like a great option for my exploring/fishing.

Really looking forward to photography opportunities around here in MN and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore which is about 80 miles from my home.

This is the first Sea-Doo with a windshield to keep the spray and wind off the rider. This would be a perfect water vehicle for my purposes and a hell of a lot of fun because it will do about 55 mph.
