The current #GoldCoast mayor (who removed bus lanes as one of his first decisions), and most councillors, still don't understand that when everyone drives the city becomes a hellhole. Their "solution" is more car parking and appeals for car sharing.
They also support #SecondM1, aka #CoomeraConnector a #Queensland, #Australia #motorway duplication project (A$2.1 billion for stage 1) that will bring even more cars into the city. Madness.
